For custom software development or consulting services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis before the commencement of the project. Once the project development has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the work completed.
You may cancel a service request at any time by contacting us. Cancellation fees may apply based on the terms of the specific service agreement.
